Based on its long-standing experience in a range of funding programmes across scientific and technological domains, ARTTIC helps clients to move from strategic plans to effective competitive research and development of innovative solutions, resulting in successful applications and businesses. Founded in Paris in 1987, ARTTIC is now a group of companies with main offices in France (Paris and Toulouse), Belgium (Brussels), Germany (Munich and Berlin), England (Derby) and Israel (Tel Aviv).

Role in TherVacB
ARTTIC works in close collaboration with the Project Office of the Coordinator and will support the consortium in the daily management and in administrative and contractual tasks. ARTTIC aims at simplifying the contractual and administrative work requested from the researchers as much as possible. ARTTIC will support the consortium with project communication, dissemination, IPR management and exploitation activities.

Kathrin Urner
Project Manager
International Project Manager specialized in EU research projects with focus on health collaborations. She is expert in contractual management, project and finance controlling, EU reporting, as well as communication and dissemination activities in FP7 and H2020.

Claudia Speiser
Senior Consultant
Claudia Speiser has studied Geophysics and Mineralogy at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich with the main focus on Theoretical Physics. She completed her PhD in Chemistry (Applied Mineralogy) at the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, Claudia is graduated in Business Economics (IWW) at the FernUniversität Hagen.
Since 2006 Claudia Speiser has been working as international project manager and consultant on the whole value chain: her experience ranges from project conception, grant applications, contract negotiations, project and finance controlling, reporting, risk management and public relations. She has substantial expertise in research project management for projects under FP6, FP7, H2020 in the area of Health, Security as well as IMI.
