PNO Innovation (formerly ARTTIC Innovation GmbH), a subsidy of PNO Group, the European leader in collaboration engineering, consultancy and management services for international research and technology related partnerships. The team at PNO Innovation has started and managed numerous projects the life sciences and health in EU funding programmes. Currently, PNO Innovation is collaborating with multi-national consortia in 28 EU funded projects. The consultancy builds and assists collaborative undertakings and in particular European research consortia and networks from all businesses and research sectors, small and large, private and public, to ensure their collaborative innovation ventures are as successful as possible. 

The company is successfully supporting several projects in the areas such as Security, Energy, Aeronautics, Life Sciences and Health including amongst others: EBiSC2, EU-AIMS and Virofight in dissemination and communication, exploitation and knowledge management (and project management). PNO Innovation provides proven methods and tools dedicated to the successful implementation of (collaborative) research and innovation projects.
PNO Innovation offers a team of more than 35 professionals in Germany (Munich, Berlin and others). It draws back from a broad industrial and academic base and forms a truly multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team with a wealth of experience. Role in TherVacB

PNO Innovation works in close collaboration with the Project Coordinator’s Project Office and supports the consortium with daily management and in administrative and contractual tasks. PNO Innovation aims at simplifying the contractual and administrative work requested as much as possible. PNO Innovation leads the consortium’s communication and dissemination activities, supporting IP management and exploitation planning.

Senior Consultant specialized in international research and innovation collaborations. In 2009, Tanja started to work as project manager in the German national context and has been working since 2012 at international and EU level across the whole value chain, from grant proposals to exploitation planning. She has substantial expertise in research project management and dissemination, communication, marketing for collaborative EU funded projects (FP7, H2020, HE), public-private projects in the Life Sciences (IMI2) and Aeronautics. Tanja also supports ERC applicants in the Social Sciences and Humanities.

Senior Consultant

Claudia Speiser has studied Geophysics and Mineralogy at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich with the main focus on Theoretical Physics. She completed her PhD in Chemistry (Applied Mineralogy) at the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, Claudia is graduated in Business Economics (IWW) at the FernUniversität Hagen.  

Since 2006 Claudia Speiser has been working as international project manager and consultant on the whole value chain: her experience ranges from project conception, grant applications, contract negotiations, project and finance controlling, reporting, risk management and public relations. She has substantial expertise in research project management for projects under FP6, FP7, H2020 in the area of Health, Security as well as IMI.
